She can Do it ! ! !

Who says that older folks can't drive cool cars?

Since my Dad's health has not been what it used to be and my Mom has had to take charge of most of their decisions over the last 3 to 4 years, one of the things that she has been wanting to do for some time now, was getting a new vehicle.
My parents are very much from the old school where the man is the head of the house and makes all the decisions, but circumstances being what they are, I must say, my Mom has really stepped up to the plate.
When the time came for them to move from their big house, she found and bought the apartment that they are living in now. She sold the house. Has learned about finances and financial planning and, yup, she now bought new wheels.
Now don't misunderstand, she still talks everything over with Dad but, unfortunately, his mind cannot process everything anymore, especially when it comes to remembering stuff and making important decisions. You see, Dad has suffered several small strokes over the last few years and they have damaged the part in his brain that controls his short term memory.
So now he says that if Mom thinks its the right thing to do, it will be just fine for them.
So Mom thought it was way past due to get a new car, and a new car she got, and what a car! ! !
